Tatsumaki Gets A Crush on Saitama.

A much-awaited interaction took place between the two characters, but there was nothing that suggested Tatsumaki has romantic feelings for Saitama. Her temper towards the Caped Baldy didn't change, and in fact, she only grew angry as he continued resisting her attacks.

There have been a few instances in the manga and recently in the Psychic Sisters Arc where her behavior indicates that Fubuki likes Saitama. For example, in chapter 175, Fubuki tries to recruit Saitama into his group even though the man is clearly not interested.

Saitama shows almost no romantic or sexual interest in anyone throughout the whole series (despite the shipping), so I'm inclined to believe he's never had a relationship. Hard to say tho, might be a consequence of his depression post limiter breaking.
