How fast can you get an INDOCHINO suit? ›

Indochino garments are made-to-order and shipped in 2-3 weeks via DHL. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 in the USA & Canada and over $165 in Australia. On orders under the free delivery threshold, we charge a flat rate of $20(CAD $29 AUD $29).

Each garment is individually made according to the customer's measurements and personalization preferences. Firstly, an algorithm validates each customer's measurement profile and a unique pattern is created.

After placing your order online, your rental will arrive about 4-7 days before your event.

INDOCHINO will reimburse up to $75 for alterations to online orders in the USA or Canada and $100 in Australia. Your alteration reimbursem*nt amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.

Absolutely not. Except for bulky shirts or trousers, no clothing needs to be removed.

Indochino was founded by Kyle Vucko and Heikal Gani. In late 2015, Vucko stepped down and Drew Green, the founder of Shop.ca, joined Indochino as chief executive officer. Indochino was one of the first web-only retailers to open physical stores, initially through pop-up shops before opening permanent showrooms.

By taking the premium made-to-measure experience direct to the consumer, we've created a superior alternative to off-the-rack clothing, at ready-to-wear prices. This approach has enabled Indochino to become the largest exclusive made-to-measure apparel company in the world.

We stopped displaying measurements in customer accounts as it was causing confusion between the body measurements customers submit and the garment measurements we create based on those body measurements. Your measurements are still associated with your account and will be used for any order you place.

Simple alterations shouldn't take more than 48 hours unless your tailor is particularly busy and some even offer a same-day turnaround. So if you need some quick fixes to look presentable at, for example, a funeral, you should be good inside a week. More complex alterations can take up to two weeks.

There is a 10-day claim window following the delivery of the garments and we either want to get you into one of our showrooms or discuss alternatives to get the fit corrected within that 10-day window.

Overall, expect about 2-4 weeks total when the suit is made locally. For custom suits made overseas, the whole process can take up to 4-8 weeks total. Certain custom suit shops may also offer rush service for a fee.
